Investigating - At approximately 11:30 PT we discovered that some users were unable to log in or access projects and were seeing "503" messages. While this has resolved at this time, PlanGrid's engineering team is still working to identify a root cause. Thank you for your patience as we continue to make your success our top priority.

Investigating - We are doing further investigation into the exporting delays on plangrid.com. There may be delays with exporting sheets, reports, and as-builts.

Identified - At 5:35 pm PT we received reports of slow or stalled exports at plangrid.com. Our team has identified the issue and is working to resolve this ASAP. Performance should be restored shortly.

Investigating - At around 11 AM EST, a few users started contacting support about intermittent 502 and 503 messages when trying to view projects on the website. These resolve by themselves by reloading the page, and have no further impact. We are looking into the cause of the issue.
