On April 1, 2025 at 6:28 PM GMT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access critical services and experienced significant disruptions in multiple Autodesk products and their operations in the European Union region. Once the issue was resolved on April 1, 2025 at 6:39 PM GMT, all services returned to normal operation.
